    Inkjetic Return & Refund Policy

    Inkjetic offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be in the same condition that you received it

    • Be unworn or unused

    • Include tags and original packaging

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

    Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


    Return Process

    If your return is accepted:

    • We will provide a return shipping label

    • We will send instructions on how and where to send your package

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

    • The item is defective or damaged

    • You received the wrong item

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

    Items must still be:

    • In the same condition as received

    • Unworn or unused

    • With tags and original packaging

    • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • We will notify you if the refund was approved or not

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
